Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the product you ordered, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following details:
- A clear photo of the item and the issue.
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
Once verified, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The item does not match the description or order specifications.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exclusions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Incorrect sizing or customizations due to customer error (please double-check your order details before completing the purchase).
- Delays caused by shipping carriers.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Because each item is custom-made upon order, modifications or cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, the production process begins, and changes may no longer be possible.
