At THC Factor by GreenRX™, every piece of apparel is made to order in small batches so that we can offer the widest selection of designs, sizes, and colors without overproduction. Because each item is produced individually for you, our returns policy is designed around real production realities — and around treating you fairly when something isn’t right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing defect, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. There is no need to ship the item back.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at orders@thcfactor.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (the defect, the printed area, and the full garment).
- We typically respond within one business day and process approved claims within 2–3 business days.
Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages
If a package can’t be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or because it goes unclaimed at the carrier, it is returned to our fulfillment center. When that happens we will reach out to you to confirm a corrected address and reship the order. Reshipping fees may apply if the original address provided at checkout was incorrect.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order — it’s the single biggest cause of delivery issues.
Wrong Size, Wrong Color, or Change of Mind
Because every item is custom-printed when you order it, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, or selecting the wrong color. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before placing your order — fits and measurements vary by garment style and blank manufacturer.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of purchase, before production begins. After production starts the order can no longer be cancelled. If you need to make a change, contact us at orders@thcfactor.com right away.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Most card refunds appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
