What sizes do your cannabis t-shirts and hoodies come in?

Most apparel is unisex and runs from XS to 3XL. We use premium blanks like Comfort Colors, Lane Seven, and AS Color, which all run true to size. Each product page lists the specific size range and brand of blank used so you can size with confidence.

Where do you ship?

THC Factor and the GreenRX™ family ship within the United States only. All apparel is printed and packed in the USA, and most orders ship within 2—5 business days from when you place the order.

What is your return policy?

Because every item is custom-printed to order, we accept returns and replacements only for damaged, defective, or misprinted items. You have 30 days from delivery to contact us at orders@thcfactor.com with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.

How long does printing and shipping take?

Custom apparel is made to order. Production takes 2—5 business days, and shipping typically takes another 3—7 business days within the US. You will get a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Do you offer rush or express shipping?

Need it faster? Email us at orders@thcfactor.com — rush orders are handled case by case. Because every order is custom-printed by our partner facilities, expedited shipping rates and timing depend on the items in your cart, and we will quote the actual cost before charging.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure WooPayments checkout. We do not collect or store full card numbers on our servers.

Are your designs original?

Yes. Every design is original artwork from the GreenRX™ creative team and our subsidiary brands — including Thank You for Pot Smoking® (TYFPS®), Free Joint Friday™, Blazed Frog™, and BillyMart™. American Cannabis Society® approved, founded in Madison, WI 1978.

Do you sell wholesale or to retailers?

Yes. For wholesale or retail partnership inquiries, email partnerships@greenrxmadison.com with your business details. We work with cannabis-adjacent retailers, festival vendors, and lifestyle boutiques.

Is your apparel cannabis-related, and is it legal to wear?

Our products are cannabis lifestyle apparel — graphic tees, hoodies, hats, and accessories with cannabis-themed art and messaging. The clothing itself contains no cannabis and is legal to own, ship, and wear in all 50 US states.
